Chandler Police Plot to Commit First Degree Murder Charges Against Lori Vallow in Death of Husband Charles Vallow
CHANDLER, Arizona – The Chandler Police Department announced Thursday that it has submitted a conspiracy to commit first degree murder charges against Lori Vallow Daybell following the death of her fourth husband Charles Vallow.
Chandler PD said he took the case to the Maricopa County District Attorney’s Office on April 1, after coordinating with investigators in Idaho. MCAO will make the decision to pursue the charge in court.
Investigators claim Charles Vallow was shot dead by Lori’s brother Alex Cox at their home in Chandler in July 2019. Cox claimed it was in self-defense, but investigators continued to work on it. case.
Cox died at his home in Gilbert in December 2019.
Lori Vallow and her current husband Chad Daybell were indicted earlier this week over the deaths of the children of Lori, Tylee and JJ, and Chad’s first wife, Tammy Daybell.
They have been in jail in Idaho for the past year.
