The Iowa Student Loan Liquidity Corporation awards a parent in Indianola $ 1,000 to his students’ College Savings Iowa account. Indianola’s Lora Appenzeller Miller was one of 25 parents in the state to receive funding from more than 4,300 qualifiers. Founded in 1979 as a private, not-for-profit organization, the Iowa Student Loan Liquidity Corporation helps Iowa students and families obtain the resources they need for a successful post-secondary education.
