TikTokker TooTurntTony is going viral again, this time for a video where he bursts into his sister’s room and throws a bag of money at her to pay off her student loans.

The video was posted on Tuesday and has gone viral on TikTok and Twitter. On Twitterit has been viewed over 1.1 million times, which is an impressive number dwarfed by the 24.6 million times it has been viewed on its native platform.

In the clip, Tony sits in his car with his pet duck, explaining that his first paycheck from OnlyFans has arrived and he’s going to use $20,000 of it to pay off his sister’s student loans.

What initially appears to be a nice, quiet clip then sees Tony and his duck go to his parents’ house and open the door.

“Anthony, you’re going to break down my fucking door!” his mother shouts as, undeterred, he picks up his bag of money and walks down the hall to his sister’s room. He then kicks the door to his sister’s room, lifts the bag above her head, and throws it directly at her.

“Oh my god! Oh my god! Ouch! Oh my god,” says his sister Maria, who is on TikTok as @toomuchmariaaa, throwing the money at him. “What is all this?”

“It’s your student loans,” Tony said, “Full payment through my penis.”

The video then cuts to Maria hugging him with tears in her eyes.

“It’s really weird, but thank you,” she said, trying not to cry.

The video flashes back to Tony on his parent’s couch while his mother yells at him.

“I bless you for what you’ve done for your sister, but did you ever think you should take that fucking money and buy your own fucking house!” she screams.

Maria posted her own video of the situation, where she dries her eyes while joking about the money. The video is captioned on screen “my big brother paid off my student loan“.

“all jokes aside…i feel extremely blessed,” she wrote in the caption.

The high cost of college has been on many people’s minds ever since it became a talking point in the 2020 election. Candidates like Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Sen. Elizabeth Warren ( D-Mass.) have made student debt forgiveness part of their platforms. Calls for student loan debt forgiveness only grew during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, when Congress paused the loan repayment requirement under the CARES Act.

President Joe Biden has come under increasing pressure to write off some student loan debt. As activists urge the president to follow through on Warren’s pledge to forgive $50,000 of all student debt, last month Biden canceled debt for 40,000 borrowers and pledged his support to cancel up to at $10,000 in federal student debt per person. His administration said it was considering a broader decision on debt cancellation at the end of the summer.

Canceling student loan debt is a popular stance among voters, with a May 2022 poll finding that 57% of voters who didn’t go to college support canceling at least “some” debt. , with 23% wanting all debt to be cancelled. Among voters who have gone to college, 63% support cancellation of at least “some” debt and 24% want cancellation of all debt.

“Student loans were never meant to be a life sentence, but it certainly is for borrowers excluded from the debt relief they are eligible for,” the US Secretary of State said. Education, Miguel Cardona, in an April statement.

TooTurntTony fans have also been invited to participate in the bonanza. The TikTokker asked people to “ditch the venmo” in the comments, asking for account information because “you know I have some left for the team.”

Other fans praised the video.

“If my mom told me to buy my own house, I would buy the one next door, or hers,” @kassidylynn31 wrote.

“Man what you are doing is amazing. Having fun while changing lives. Keep going bro,” @matty_iceee55 wrote.

“The bank doesn’t care where this came from so why should anyone else do this,” @steveo414 wrote.

“Isn’t anyone else curious about the poultry in their yard!?!?” @lauramckenziereil wrote.

Newsweek has contacted TooTurntTony for comment.
